A true yellow clematis, these varieties produce bright lanterns of colour from July through to late autumn. Their seedheads are large amazing shapes, lasting well into the winter, adding interest to the garden. Best planted in a sunny/semi-shady place they will tolerate much drier conditions than most and, being late flowering they are hard pruners. Try not to disturb the root system when planting and don't forget to prune - they can get considerably out of hand otherwise, except 'Helios' which barely reaches 6ft. Temp. Zones 4 - 9
Sorry, we are no longer able to provide a mail order service. Visitors to the nursery are welcome.
